Can you please tell me how to read these books online, or download them so I can print them out for use. do I have to have a "google account"? You have researched and located so many fascinating books! Thanks, Gill.

Google Books helps:

Just click through to the link, and look to the upper right hand corner. There is a download link there. You can also right click and "save target as" for each individual page. This works for HTML versions of the page which I've set as a default for this link.

You can change it to plain text, then copy and paste. The buttons are on the sidebar, top and bottom at the link.

As far as I know, you don't need a Google account to view these. I don't log in, and I'm able to see them.
