Peter and Polly Readers/Google Books

There is no mention of grade, but I think it may be advanced second grade, early third. These books are free to read online, download, or print(right click on image of page). Pages are printable as long as you have them set on HTML(bottom of Google Book pages). I've linked the pages defaulted to HTML. The standard mode allows scrolling through the pages, but excludes printable pages.

Google Books Blocking Download Helpers

If you are using a download helper for downloading books at Google Books, you may receive a temporary ban(24 hours) from downloading. Spidering is against the terms of service, and download helpers appear to trigger blocking. I'll be taking down the link for the free download helper. It's a shame because this was a very handy way for me to download books a little at a time with my slow connection.

The Scottish Chiefs/Google Books

First published in England in 1809, The Scottish Chiefs became enormously popular throughout all of Europe.  This sweeping epic depicts the 1296-1305 rebellion of the Scots against the tyrannical King Edward, a rebellion led by the gallant Sir William Wallace, Edward's "equal in all things but crown and his superior in being true to unblemished honor."  The heroic adventures of Wallace as he fights to return the throne of Scotland and restore peace to his homeland will enthrall a new generation of readers. ~ Lamp Post Books(Beautiful Feet Books)
